I discovered the dynamic pilates reformer workout while living in London. I was always trying new workouts, but this one made me fall in love with my body for the first time at the age of 32. After returning to Chicago, I decided that I couldn't live without it and launched Reform. I will teach a few sessions during the week including a class designed to get in shape for the ski season (my second favorite form of exercise) starting in December.
