On their own, Gap and Palace have carved out their unique branding and clientele. The American brand is known for its nostalgic yet simple silhouettes, including its iconic polos and Gap branding. On the other hand, Palace has become a staple in UK streetwear with its edgy and raw apparel that appeals to those looking to express their unique style. While on the surface, this collaboration seems random, it’s an important step for expanding both their audiences and customers.

According to Gap President and CEO Mark Breitbard, “We love collaborating with partners like Palace who are able to tap into our heritage and reinvent our product icons in a way that is true to their brand DNA.” With an increase of ‘’90s-inspired trends on the horizon, it makes sense for a staple brand like Gap to join in on the fun.

How to wear 1970s fashion if you aren’t Harry Styles
Thanks to Gucci and Harry, 1970s style is back — this is how to add it to your wardrobe
Harry Styles at the 2022 Venice Film Festival

Harry Styles may only model as a hobby when he isn't busy being one of the biggest pop stars on the planet, but he still managed to take over the 2022 Venice Film Festival with just two looks. The two Gucci ensembles, personally curated by Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele, went so viral over Labor Day Weekend that they overshadowed everything else at the legendary film festival. Styles has been collaborating with Gucci for years, replacing Jared Leto as the unofficial face of the brand. While everything Gucci creates is heavily inspired by the 1970s, they have leaned into that decade especially hard recently when outfitting Styles for brand campaigns and public appearances.

'70s outfits for men are still a thing, and here's how to do it
While Gucci and Styles had the menswear community salivating, the looks they put together are admittedly too eccentric for even the most fashion-forward common man. However, that doesn't mean the rest of us mere mortals can't embrace the 1970s aesthetic. The decade provides some fun inspiration for anyone's wardrobe with big lapels, bigger pants, and the biggest swagger. So we put together this guide on how to wear 1970s fashion if you aren't Harry Styles.
The jacket
Jackets from the 1970s were all about wide lapels and bold shoulders while maintaining a form-fitting but not tight silhouette. The style offers a fresh alternative to the slim cut, soft-shouldered, narrow lapel look that dominated suiting in the 2010s. It is also a more refined look than the 1990s-inspired big, baggy suiting that has trended recently.

You have until Christmas to get a new Apple Watch: What to know about the U.S. import ban
Should you rush out to buy an Apple Watch now?
Answering a phone call on an Apple Watch Series 8.

Those who wear an Apple Watch wear it proudly, all the time, and no matter what — even with formal wear at a wedding, looking like a Spy Kid. If you count on your Apple Watch to tell you everything from your heart rate to how you slept, it's more than just a watch to you, it's like a personal assistant. If you were hoping to upgrade that Apple Watch (or finally grab your first one), do it now because this might be the last season you will be able to for a while.

How Apple Watches might go bye, bye, bye for a bit
Apple is in a bit of a pickle due to a patent infringement accusation that could get some Apple Watches banned from being imported to the U.S. for a few years. Apple got into this conundrum by using light-based pulse oximetry technology in their smartwatches. The Masimo Corporation, a medical company, owns the patent on technology that tracks your blood oxygen and alleged Apple put it in Apple Watches without the proper permissions.
